Must be unemployed and experiencing difficulty competing in the labour force. The objective of the program is providing full time employment with the potential for year round work and the employer receives a subsidy for a period of time. Job Creation Projects A federal program designed to provide created positions in order that the EI client can obtain employability skills on projects that enhances the community.
